Add a walk-in or book for a customer

Book for a customer

Click New, then Book for a customer. Your booking page opens. Book as the customer would, with their name and email. They get the confirmation and reminders.

Add a walk-in

For someone who's with you in person:

1. Go to Appointments and open Add a walk-in.
2. Enter the customer's name, the service, who it's with, and the date and time.
3. To send them reminders, add their email and tick Send reminders by email and text. Phone is optional.
4. Click Add walk-in.

Walk-ins are confirmed right away and show a Walk-in label. They only count toward your monthly limit when reminders are on.
