Add your team

Add everyone who takes appointments. There's no limit on team members on any plan.

Add a team member

1. Go to Team and click Add a team member.
2. Enter their name as customers see it. Optionally add a photo, a few words about them and the languages they speak.
3. With several locations, pick their main location.
4. Under Services, leave Offers every service on, or turn it off to pick their services or set their own prices.
5. Click Add team member, then set their hours.

Their own prices

Turn off Offers every service, then tick Their own price next to a service and enter it. Customers see that price when they book with them.

Stop bookings with someone

Turn off Taking bookings to stop new bookings with them and keep their history. To remove them completely, use Remove from team.

How customers choose

In Settings › Booking rules:

• Skip choosing a team member matches customers with whoever is free. Good for one-person businesses.
• Offer "No preference" lets customers leave the choice to you.
