Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling, No-Shows, Late Arrivals in
Weather Policy (Mobile Services) & Same-Day Cancellations
• We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
• Customers who do not show up or are unavailable at the scheduled time, the Deposits well not be -refundable• Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Weather Policy (Mobile Services)
• In the event of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no penalty.
• Light rain or cold weather does not automatically qualify for cancellation unless agreed upon in advance.
Late Arrivals
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
Deposits (If Required)
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.

Appointment Cancellation Policy – No Refunds
All appointments for Willi Auto Detailing are non-refundable for all services.
Once an appointment is booked, time and resources are reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations, reschedules, late arrivals, or no-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances, including deposits or prepaid services.
For mobile services, failure to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time will result in a forfeited appointment with no refund.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions for mobile services, appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
