Open Customers to see everyone who has booked: how many visits, their last visit and the services they had.

  • Search by name, email or phone.
  • Click Download spreadsheet for a CSV file.

Marketing emails

Turn on Ask about marketing emails in Settings › Booking rules to add a checkbox when customers book. The Marketing column shows who agreed. Only send marketing emails to customers who agreed. Bookin' Cloud doesn't send them for you.
