Booking questions

Ask for what you need to know before the visit, like the vehicle make and model, or a gate code.

1. Go to Settings › Booking questions.
2. Add a common question in a tap, or click Add a question to write your own.
3. Choose whether an answer is required, then click Save question.

Customers answer when they enter their details. Answers show on the appointment and in your new-booking email.

To stop asking a question, hide it. Deleting it also deletes past answers.
