Plans and the monthly limit

Every plan includes every feature: text reminders, team sign-in, analytics, unlimited team members, services and locations. Plans differ only in how many appointments you can have each month.

What counts

• Appointments count in the month they take place, not the month they were booked.
• Cancelled appointments don't count.
• Walk-ins without reminders don't count.
• The count starts over on the first of each month.

Going over

Home shows a notice when you're close to your limit and when you're over it. Booking keeps working, so you don't lose customers. If you stay over, we may pause online booking until you upgrade. Upgrading turns it back on right away.

You keep the terms you signed up with. Billing and plan shows them.
