When Vagaro is the better choice
Vagaro is the better choice if you want card payments, payroll, and email and text marketing in the same system as your bookings.
Bookin' Cloud is honest about what it doesn't do yet:
- No online payments, deposits, or no-show fees yet
- No marketplace that sends you new customers
- No point-of-sale or invoicing
When Bookin' Cloud is the better choice
If what you need is for customers to book themselves online, get reminders, and show up, without paying per staff member, per location, or a commission on new clients, Bookin' Cloud covers that on the Free plan. Paid plans only raise how many appointments you can take each month.
