COMMON CONDITION SURCHARGES: Pet hair removal extra $50-$120 (based on severity), Heavy road tar/ Mud grime extra $30-$100 (based on severity), Severe interior stains extra $50-$150 (based on severity), Heavy amounts of trash to be removed is an extra $50.
